Excellent post. I recently found your blog thanks to a couple of posts that Toby mentioned on FB and saw this one from its link to Da2r#n&e8r17;s blog. This pretty much describes where I am at as well. I have made good strides in trying to avoid pointless arguing, but I did it for so long that it is hard to kill the old habits sometimes.
